Rev. OΥAΡΔ / ΔΟΥΓΛΑΣ / TOIΣ / MOΥΣOTΡOΦOIΣ / TOΥ/ IONIOΥ / -.- (Howard Douglas the Ionian reared by the Muses) in seven lines, the whole within laurel wreath.
